According to recent rumors, Death Stranding may be coming to Xbox Game Pass on PC. This would be a great addition to the service, as Death Stranding is an excellent game and it would give Xbox Game Pass subscribers on PC another great game to play.

In the wake of yesterday’s (ultimately confirmed) Game Pass rumor about Immortals: Fenyx Rising coming to Xbox Game Pass, a new rumor has begun circulating, this time on the official PC Game Pass Twitter account.

Recently, it changed its profile picture to one of a lush, rocky, and misty landscape, and some have speculated that it may be a reference to Death Stranding, a PlayStation 4 exclusive game developed by Hideo Kojima. As the tweet’s accompanying text reads, “sometimes we just like a good landscape picture #NewProfilePic,” it’s clear that this image was meant to be a profile picture of some sort.

The Steam version of Death Stranding was released on July 14th, 2020, so it would make sense for the game to come to Xbox Game Pass for PC at some point. However, it’s worth noting that the PC Game Pass account has been known to post teasing images like this in the past with no relation to upcoming announcements. For now, this should all be considered a rumor until we hear official word from Microsoft or Kojima Productions.
